However, our sales consultants can provide you with a detailed quote after reviewing your company’s needs and requirements so that an informed business decision can be made.
Q: What response times does your company do once we call or e-mail you via your website, for help?
A: The response time varies on your agreement... immediate response time for help desk services. On-site support services range from 2hr, 4hr, 6hr call to repair, next day, 5 days a week, 7 days a week.
